Not every member, officer, manager, or investor of Mol3cula LLC is involved in the daily operations, management, or product development of To The Moon.

All intellectual property associated with To The Moon—including, but not limited to, source code, automation systems, custom software solutions, workflow templates, visual assets, written content, and proprietary tools—is the exclusive property of the designated systems developer as specified in internal records. While To The Moon is owned and operated by Mol3cula LLC, the underlying automation systems and custom-developed intellectual property (“Developer IP”) are retained by the systems developer and are licensed to Mol3cula LLC for commercial use. No part of the Developer IP is to be considered as transferred, assigned, or sold to third parties, customers, or other members of Mol3cula LLC unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

“To The Moon” is a distinct brand and product line owned by Mol3cula LLC, and is not legally synonymous with the parent company’s other ventures, products, or services. Any references to “we,” “us,” or “our” within To The Moon communications, documents, or marketing materials refer solely to the To The Moon team and platform, unless otherwise specified.

Mol3cula LLC operates digitally and maintains its principal place of business in Miami, Florida, United States. All contracts, services, and relationships arising from To The Moon are subject to the laws, regulations, and legal precedents of the State of Florida and, where applicable, the United States of America.

Mol3cula LLC may invest in, manage, or participate in other ventures, products, or companies outside of To The Moon. No aspect of To The Moon’s services or offerings should be construed as representative of or attributable to other entities, investments, or products of Mol3cula LLC unless explicitly stated.

The founders, team members, contractors, and affiliates who contribute to To The Moon are not publicly disclosed. All such information is confidential and may only be requested or disclosed under specific contractual arrangements, subject to non-disclosure agreements and legal restrictions. No user, client, or third party is entitled to the personal or private data of To The Moon’s team, founders, or internal staff.

All unique automation workflows, proprietary code, scripts, data structures, algorithms, business logic, and system configurations built or deployed under To The Moon (“Systems IP”) remain the sole intellectual property of the systems developer. The systems developer retains all moral rights, copyrights, trade secrets, and patent rights in any software, technical process, or creative content delivered or operated through To The Moon. Mol3cula LLC holds commercial operating rights and is licensed to utilize, market, and sell the output, services, or products that rely on such Systems IP.

“Cerebro Space” is an external dashboard, platform, and reporting interface designed and developed independently by the systems developer of To The Moon. All intellectual property, technical infrastructure, user interface components, and underlying software powering Cerebro Space are the exclusive property of the developer. Mol3cula LLC and To The Moon are authorized to integrate, utilize, and make available Cerebro Space to clients as part of the To The Moon offerings, but do not claim or possess ownership of Cerebro Space itself.

No part of To The Moon’s proprietary technology, including but not limited to software, dashboards, scripts, and workflow automations, may be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered, resold, sublicensed, or distributed without the express, prior, written consent of both Mol3cula LLC and the intellectual property holder. Any violation of this policy will be subject to civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.

All content, resources, guides, and communications provided by To The Moon are intended strictly for informational and educational purposes. Nothing presented on the Site, through communications, or as part of any Service or Product constitutes legal, financial, investment, or professional technical advice. You must seek independent counsel from qualified professionals before acting on any information obtained from To The Moon.

Mol3cula LLC and its contributors disclaim all responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, injury, claim, liability, or damages arising from reliance on the information or resources available via To The Moon. Use of any content is at your sole risk.

Mol3cula LLC and To The Moon expressly disclaim all liability arising from the use of, reliance upon, or interaction with third-party software, services, or data. Any issues, malfunctions, or losses related to external services must be resolved directly with the third-party provider.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue integrations with any third-party service at any time, without notice. You acknowledge that such changes may impact the availability or performance of features offered through To The Moon.

All products, services, content, software, and support provided by To The Moon are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Mol3cula LLC, the systems developer, and any associated team members or contractors make no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, uptime, or suitability for any particular purpose of the Service.

No verbal or written advice or information obtained from To The Moon or Mol3cula LLC shall create any warranty unless explicitly stated in a formal written agreement signed by both parties.

By using To The Moon, you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Mol3cula LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, partners, contractors, and the systems developer from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, demands, actions, judgments, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

• your infringement of any intellectual property or proprietary right of Mol3cula LLC, the systems developer, or any third party;
• any content you submit, post, transmit, or make available through To The Moon.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of the Service.

All systems, automations, content, branding, logos, documentation, training materials, and other intellectual property associated with To The Moon are protected by copyright and trademark laws, both in the United States and internationally.

Except where expressly allowed by written agreement, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any aspect of To The Moon or Mol3cula LLC’s materials. All rights are reserved.

10.1. Ownership of “To The Moon”
“To The Moon” is an original product legally owned by Mol3cula LLC, operating digitally from Miami, Florida. However, the underlying automation systems, dashboards, and related custom intellectual property are the exclusive property of the systems developer. Mol3cula LLC holds the exclusive commercial license to sell, market, and distribute To The Moon as a service.

10.2. Ownership of “Cerebro Space”
Cerebro Space is a proprietary dashboard platform designed and developed by the systems developer of To The Moon. The intellectual property rights, codebase, and technical architecture of Cerebro Space belong solely to the systems developer, and not to Mol3cula LLC or its member investors, except as licensed for the purposes of To The Moon clients.

10.3. Licensing Limits
Access, use, and customization of any system or dashboard are strictly limited to the rights granted under your service agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11.1. Confidential Team Structure
The founders and team members of To The Moon are not publicly disclosed. Any requests for personal or identifying information regarding the team, founders, or systems developer are strictly governed by contract and privacy law. All team data is confidential and protected.

11.2. Information Security
We commit to safeguarding the privacy of your business information, automations, and data shared as part of service provision. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for comprehensive details.

Mol3cula LLC, its owners, contractors, and the systems developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise—relating to your use of To The Moon, inability to access the Service, or reliance on any aspect of the Service.

In any event, the aggregate liability of Mol3cula LLC, its owners, and its systems developer shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

To The Moon automations and dashboards may connect with, integrate, or rely on third-party services (including but not limited to: email providers, SMS gateways, cloud storage, web hosting, API services, and external platforms).

Mol3cula LLC and the systems developer disclaim all responsibility and liability for service interruptions, errors, data loss, compliance issues, or breaches arising from the use of third-party platforms. Clients are responsible for compliance with all terms of third-party services used within their automations.

Mol3cula LLC and the To The Moon systems developer reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, including automations, features, and dashboards, at any time without prior notice.

Ongoing access to To The Moon is conditional on compliance with all contractual terms, payment, and proper use of the Service. Service may be terminated or suspended at our sole discretion for any violation of our terms, applicable law, or misuse of systems and intellectual property.

Except where expressly stated in a signed contract, all services and automations provided by To The Moon are offered “as is” without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or outcome.

Mol3cula LLC and its systems developer do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or specific business results arising from the use of To The Moon.

Any disputes arising from the use of To The Moon shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By using the Service, you agree to resolve disputes exclusively through confidential arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, with each party responsible for its own legal fees unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.

The information, templates, guides, automated systems, and communications made available through To The Moon are intended strictly for general informational purposes.

While To The Moon implements industry-standard security measures and regularly updates its protocols, no digital platform or software solution can guarantee absolute data security or integrity. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with transmitting data over the internet and using cloud-based automation systems.

To The Moon and Mol3cula LLC are not responsible for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access, hacking, data corruption, transmission delays, or interruptions that are beyond their reasonable control.

Neither To The Moon, Mol3cula LLC, nor the systems developer shall be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any obligation under this disclaimer if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, strikes, cyber attacks, failures of telecommunication networks, or any other unforeseen event (force majeure).

To The Moon and Mol3cula LLC respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe that any content or system provided by To The Moon infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please notify us promptly in writing with all supporting documentation.

To The Moon reserves the right to investigate, respond to, and, if necessary, remove or alter any content or system to comply with applicable laws and regulations. However, To The Moon and Mol3cula LLC accept no liability for accidental infringement or third-party claims not directly resulting from their own intentional conduct.

While To The Moon strives to deliver reliable and effective automation solutions, neither Mol3cula LLC nor the systems developer can guarantee specific business results, financial gains, or operational improvements. The success of automation solutions may depend on factors beyond our control, including but not limited to your existing systems, business practices, and market conditions.

Any claims, testimonials, or examples referenced on our website, marketing materials, or in communications are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee or warranty of similar outcomes.

All communications with To The Moon, Mol3cula LLC, and their representatives may be monitored, recorded, and stored for legal, quality control, and training purposes. By interacting with our systems or team, you consent to such monitoring and acknowledge that your communications may be used as evidence in case of disputes or legal proceedings.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our systems and services complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including regulations regarding data privacy, marketing, and communications.

Clients and users of To The Moon’s systems, templates, and automations are expressly prohibited from attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, replicate, copy, or resell any portion of the products or services provided. All rights to the original code, systems, and intellectual property remain with To The Moon’s systems developer and Mol3cula LLC.

Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of To The Moon’s solutions will be met with immediate legal action to protect the integrity and proprietary value of the services.

The terms and protections outlined in this legal disclaimer shall survive the termination, expiration, or completion of any agreement, engagement, or service period between you and To The Moon or Mol3cula LLC.

You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to all third-party terms, privacy policies, and licensing agreements. To The Moon is not liable for the actions, service outages, or data handling practices of any third-party vendors or services utilized in connection with our solutions.

The failure of To The Moon, Mol3cula LLC, or the systems developer to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained in this legal disclaimer shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

No waiver by To The Moon or Mol3cula LLC of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default, whether of a similar or different nature.
