Hate speech, harassment, or defamatory conduct publicly or privately will result in immediate service termination without refund and potential legal action.

All code, workflows, dashboards, and related materials remain the property of Mol3cula LLC and/or the systems developer and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed.

We safeguard all client data using industry-standard practices but cannot guarantee absolute security. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of this risk.

You are solely responsible for any actions performed using our systems. We assume no liability for your business decisions or compliance failures.

Internal configurations and logic remain confidential and proprietary. Attempts to access or replicate them are prohibited.

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances.
